Sustaining donations over time also requires operational efficiency

Building a future where they belong

Since 1970, when INCUPO drove literacy through radio and popular education, the organization has supported rural communities to strengthen their autonomy, rootedness, and quality of life, with a clear conviction: solutions are built collectively. Today its work extends across Formosa, Corrientes, Santiago del Estero, Chaco, and Santa Fe, working alongside family farmers and Indigenous peoples. Its main lines of action include education, sustainable food production, the promotion of rights, and the strengthening of rural youth. From these pillars, INCUPO is committed to a more just and sustainable society, where rural communities are the protagonists of their own development.

Problem

An overly manual operation

INCUPO training session in the field

INCUPO's individual donor channel began to develop in recent years as a new source of funding.

But from the start, management was shaped by manual processes: data entry, donation tracking, payment control, and information administration.

In a small team, this created clear friction:

  • Delays in managing new donations
  • Dependence on repetitive operational tasks
  • Difficulty providing consistent follow-up
  • Risk of losing opportunities due to lack of time

More than a volume issue, the challenge was operational: how to sustain the channel without it depending entirely on the team's time.

Solution

Automating to ease management

Implementing Debi allowed INCUPO to take a key step: moving away from manual logic toward more automated management.

Through automatic donation processing and its integration with tools like Salesforce, the team was able to:

  • Automate recurring donation collection
  • Reduce manual tasks in daily management
  • Improve information organization
  • Simplify donor tracking

In addition, automating intake from forms closed another critical gap: avoiding delays in onboarding new donors.

This change not only improved efficiency, it also freed up time on a scarce resource: the team.

Result

Greater efficiency in the donor channel

Through automation, INCUPO managed to stabilize its individual donor channel without needing to expand its operational structure. The focus shifted from solving manual tasks to sustaining the bond with donors and strengthening the fundraising strategy.

Results achieved

2,700% growth in the recurring channel

500,000ARS recovered in recurring donations

1 in 7 declined payments recovered

60+ months of continuous, automated operations
