ADEN Escuela de Negocios is a specialized institution in executive education, with programs designed for business owners, professionals, and leaders looking to develop new capabilities in an increasingly dynamic business environment. Its business model relies on a recurring installment collection operation, where financial efficiency and payment continuity are fundamental factors for sustaining the institution's growth. As the volume of students and transactions increased, a clear opportunity emerged: revisit the collections infrastructure to reduce costs, improve automation, and build a system capable of integrating academic and financial management within the same operational flow.

Before implementing Debi, ADEN Mendoza relied heavily on traditional online processors with high fees to manage its installment collections. While these tools allowed payments to be processed, their costs became an increasingly heavy burden as the volume of students and transactions grew. On top of that, managing enrollments, recurring payments, and processing required connecting different parts of the operation. The challenge wasn't just finding a cheaper alternative — it was building a collections circuit integrated with its management systems and ready to scale.
Solution
Together with Debi, ADEN Mendoza integrated its enrollment and recurring payment flows with Odoo, connecting student management with automated payment processing. The new infrastructure made it possible to work with different banking channels and acquirers, selecting the most cost-effective processing alternatives for each transaction and improving collections through a multichannel strategy. Beyond reducing dependence on processors like Stripe and PayPal, Debi allowed recurring processing to be centralized and much of the operation to be automated — keeping pace with the institution's steady growth. More than switching a payment provider, the project enabled a redesign of how information flowed and how collections were managed across the entire operation.
Result
The new infrastructure supported sustained growth in collections, going from processing less than ARS 1 million per month in the early months to exceeding ARS 140 million per month at peak volume periods. At the same time, the Odoo integration and automation of recurring payment flows meant that channel growth didn't require replicating the administrative effort.
